I bet you all think I abandoned ship! Nope, just been a roller coaster of a ride this summer. Had a few setbacks that really slowed down my shooting plans. But enough about things that hold you back, I am all about moving forward! So let me introduce an opportunity that came my way: www.championic.com. This is a website that features local content for LA based people. And you guessed it, I’m in on the mix. This is going to be a fantastic ride!!! So check it out and show your support, my friends.

Shooting episodes, blogging and still flying. Beautiful Down Town LA at dusk…

This what I see every morning…

Can’t beat this job! Did anyone catch the full moon last week?

Not the clearest picture as I snapped it off a monitor but I this is one of my aerial shots.

I will confess that I am a geek. I love comic books. I can’t claim a huge collection, but I do have all the Thundercat comic books… both the most recent and a set from the 80′s. Plus a few random books I picked up here and there simply for the art work. Why am I telling you this? Because I attended my very first Comic-Con this year. I kept a vigilant look out for my all time favorite cartoon character Lion-O. :)   Sadly, it was not in the cards that day but I did come across a good runner-up: HE-MAN!

Yes, that’s me with a goofy shit-eating grin. A good-looking man with muscles… can’t help myself!

Finally, I am giving you the heads up that I am working on a hang gliding episode. I’ve got it 1/3 shot. Hopefully I can knock out the rest of it next weekend…

That’s KTLA photographer Matt Spinelli asssembling his hang glider. He’s been hang gliding for over 20 years so I’ll be in good hands. Can’t wait to share the adventure!!!
